1. What are you opening Hours ?

Our store opens,

  • Monday to Tuesday– 10:30 am  to 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday to Thursday– 10:30 am  to 5:30 pm
  • Friday –  3:00 pm to 5:30 pm
  • Saturdays – from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm
  • Sundays (closed)
  • Closed on Sundays, Appointments and calls are avalible.

2. What do you repair?

3C’s repairs,

3. How long will the repair take?

3C’s repair service aims to fix the repair within 2-3 days, depending on the service needed. If the parts needed for the repair are not in stock, they will usually be available the next working day. If the repair cannot be completed within the expected time, we will update you with the new estimated completion time.

4. Do you offer the same day repair service?

Yes, we offer same-day repair service for most devices. Please call us to check if your device qualifies for same-day repair.

5. Do you offer a No Fix No Fee Policy ?

We offer a ‘No Fix No Fee’ policy, which means we won’t charge you if we cannot identify the problem. If you don’t opt for the repair service after we diagnose the issue, you will be charged a £25 diagnostic fee

6. What do you require to repair?

This is dependent on the item we are repairing.

  • Computer – (Admin user logins )
  • Laptop/ notebooks – (charger, password )
  • Tablet (Charger, Password/pin )
  • iMac repairs may require accessories like keyboards, mice, and passwords.
  • Mobile phones (PIN/password/Charger)

7. What brand or models of PC , Laptops do you repair

8. When should we pay you for the repair?

Payment must be received in full upon completion of repairs. Failure to pay within three months may result in the sale or recycling of your device to recoup costs.

9. What if additional faults are found?

3C’s will inform you of them and explain the necessary repairs or charges. You can choose whether to proceed with additional repairs.

10. Are you able to recover data that has been lost ?

We can recover your data depending on how damaged the hard or flash drive is. If the data is not retrievable, we will not charge a fee.

11. Do you give insurance quotes for repairs ?

Yes, we give insurance quotes on laptops, tablets,mobile phones and cameras.There is a £60 charge for this repair service.

12. Do you buy or exchange computers , Laptops, MobilePhones, Tablets ?

3Cs do buy and exchange computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablets. Photographic ID is required.

13. Do you buy damaged laptops , phones or tablet ?

Yes, we do. This is all dependent on the product.A Photographic ID is required.

14. What forms of payment do you take?

We accept various forms of payment, including:

  • Cash
  • Debit/credit card
  • Bank transfer

Kindly be informed that we do not accept cheques as a form of payment.
